We are energized and excited to be partnering with the Herb Chambers Companies on the future new Herb Chambers Sprinter located at 202 Newbury St. in Peabody, MA. We will be working with Regent Associates, Inc. Architects out of Natick, MA on bringing this project to life. This will be one of several projects we've worked on with the Herb Chambers Companies and we look forward to seeing their continued growth and success.

The current structure is a 20,171 square foot 1 story, steel framed, slab-on-grade structure with 4 vacant tenant spaces. This project will include the combining the current 4 vacant tenant spaces into one large 20,171 sq. foot building dedicated to the sales and service of Mercedes Benz Sprinter cargo, crew and passenger vans. There will be 3 new vehicle showrooms located on the south end, a two-lane service drive for customers, a total of 10 work bays and 2 wash bays. Projected project completion is mid-April 2018.
